Let’s Make Some Birthday Cards With A Cricut!
These are so easy to make this might be my shortest blog post ever. haha
I usually use my Cricut Maker to create a Birthday Card but you really just need a printer. Begin by choosing a folded card back, or cut and fold one. I usually use the precut and folded cards from Michaels shown below.
Measure the front panel of your blank card. You can back this Free Happy Birthday Design with an offset color to make it pop if you want, this adds to the design a bit.
Find the free SVG images for Cricut or any craft cutting machine you want to use. I chose this birthday SVG and then printed the happy birthday design out on my printer.
You can print this by opening the JPG or placing it into Word and making it the size you want. Another option is Cricut Design Space
Or use the Print and Cut Feature. It’s so simple so you could use this to print and then cut it out on your own if you want.
Next, I added a foam square to the back to give the card some dimension.
And really, that’s it. You can get creative and add a bow, a few rhinestones, and some glitter. But I left mine plain.
I usually leave the inside blank and write in the card or I’ll grab a stamp and add a saying that way.
