Thermal label printers are an excellent tool for creating high-quality, custom labels quickly and efficiently. Here are 4 key ways to use these easy to print thermal stickers and labels to grow your craft business:
1. Product Labels
Adding cute packaging to your items make them look more professional than your competition. This can help you stand out when people want to share how cute the box opening looks.
- Custom Designs: Create professional looking labels featuring your logo, product name, and other relevant details. This not only adds a professional touch but also makes your products instantly recognizable. (Design with template in the App or import one from Canva.)
- Ingredients or Materials: For products like handmade soaps or candles, include a list of ingredients or materials used. This provides important information to customers and builds transparency.
2. Packaging/Shipping Labels
This is my favorite way to use them. I connect my planner shippings with Pirate ship and print the labels in no time. They look clean and clear for shipping.
- Shipping Labels: Use thermal labels for shipping packages, ensuring that your branding is visible even before the customer opens the box.
- *Mail Packaging: Make a sticker that asks them to follow or tag you on social media when they get the package. Include the @(name) on the social media so it’s easy to find you (or use a QR code).
*This is how I used mine today. I used the elements in the Munbyn App to create a “tag me on Instagram sticker when they get their Content Planner.
3. Marketing Materials to Showcase YOUR Brand.
If you sell soap, create a fun sticker your customers would use on items like their water bottle. Make sure to add some text that mentions your brand. They will tell their friends about you!
- Promotional Stickers: Create branded stickers to include in your packaging or to give away at events. Stickers are a fun way for customers to promote your brand.
- Event Badges: If you attend craft fairs or other events, use thermal labels to create branded name tags or badges.
4. Organizational labels so you can work more efficiently:
- Inventory Management: Label your storage bins and shelves with branded labels to keep your workspace organized and professional-looking.
- Office Supplies: Customize labels for your office supplies, such as folders and binders, to maintain a cohesive brand image.

Hi Chelly,
I was just asking my daughter about how to create labels yesterday! It’s like the universe answered me with you 🤭🤗 this is exactly what I was looking for!
Thank you for posting and thank you for the code!
Tina 🥰
I checked on the website and even asked the auto-bot a question about if this printer could print in color. I was told that it was only capable of printing in black. Is that correct? I see color on your stickers.
Thank you
That is correct. It only prints black with thermal (heat) printing, so you don’t need ink cartridges.
The color you see is the sticker paper. Munbyn had lots of fun colors and shapes to choose from. They are so fun!!
